Going through XFIT withdrawl...

First off, thank you to Singletary for inspiring some hope involving my beloved 9ers. This man will do whatever it takes, including dropping trow in the locker room!

I was forced to take the past two days off, after a very unsucessful stint involving blood donating (which resulted in me having to get an IV due to dehydration, woops I guess drinkin' all that water just didn't cut it!).

WOD 1: 4 rounds for time of
Run 400 m
50 squats
My Time: 10:53 (Dave beat me by 30 seconds, hah he better be prepped for me to bring some more heat next time!)

WOD 2: Fight Gone Bad
Score: 264 (I upped my wall balls to 12 lbs this time, goal for next time is to do my SDHP Rx'd)
...The other WOD we did involved burpees and inverted burpees and pullups...it wasn't pretty

WOD 3: Workout from H-E-Double Hockey Sticks
5 Rounds for time of
25 Inverted Burpees
25 Pullups
25 Burpees
My Time: 53:40...BRUTAL

Michael and Election Day

I've actually been so good @ keepin' up with my WODs that I've neglected my failing blog...waa waaaaaa (how very Debbie Downer of me!). But anywhoooo here we go with an update! Yesterday's workout was Michael

3 rounds for time of:
800 m run
50 GHD back extensions
50 situps

My time 21:00 (this is unofficial I think it was faster but SOMEONE aka Jason messed up...I guess gettin' beat by your fiance takes your head outta the game! haha JUST kidding). Last time I got 24:30 so hurray for a PR! I'm really starting to see improvements, but I still have a long (but fun!) road ahead of me...

A few more hours o' work then I get to BARACK da' vote. I have to use this time to say that while I still consider myself a conservative in many ways, I feel as though I am making the right choice in swinging my vote to Senator Obama.
